Tiger’s

Recognized throughout the world for its ferocity and beauty, the Tiger faces an uncertain future.
Due to the natural and human threats, over the last 20th century, the tiger has suffered major losses. My brother sponsors a tiger called Malikah (I think!)
He receives letters and updates about how Malikah is doing.
By the 1950’s, tiger’s living around the Caspian Sea were extinct; between 1937 and 1972 the population of tigers that once inhabited the islands of Java and Bali disappeared. The China Tiger is now nearly extinct in the wild.

Since 1961, WWF has gained important support for tiger conservation. In devising its landscape approach, WWF worked with international tiger experts from the IUCN.
Tigers are the top predators over some of the worlds remaining diverse forests, and successful tiger conservation will not only benefit from tigers, but also lots of other species that live with it, including humans. Although tiger’s face an uncertain future, there is still hope.

In Nepal /India WWF started a conservation project which is aimed towards Siberian Tigers, Rhinos and Elephants. WWF are hopefully going to try and stop poaching, lack of training for the national park staff.
WWF are trying to save the tigers with your money that you are kindly giving them.
